I've never really touched the tubes of my AIO H100i cooler. Fan management can drastically affect the temps of your case. If you haven't already, make sure the airflow is running in a healthy direction (I usually go intake in the front and exhaust diagonally towards the top and rear). I'm running an H100i and it's amazing how adding or subtracting a fan can affect anywhere from 6-10 degrees Celsius in your case. What is your fan setup in your case? Something as basic as cable & airflow management can be a dealbreaker when it comes to case temperature.
